Another Stupid Monday

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Another Stupid Monday ("ASM", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The app

ASM is a wellness and productivity-style app that may include tasks, reminders, rewards, coins, unlockable content, streaks, characters, and other motivational features. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not medical advice or emergency support

ASM is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The app is not a substitute for a qualified professional, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis service, or emergency service.

If you are in danger, may harm yourself or others, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for deciding whether any task, suggestion, reminder, or content is suitable for your circumstances. Do not use the app in a way that could put you or others at risk.

4. Purchases and virtual items

If ASM offers purchases, those purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and subscription rules. Any virtual coins, unlocks, or in-app items have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may be changed, reset, or removed as part of app updates or maintenance.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We aim to keep the app useful and stable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with it, bypass purchase systems, exploit bugs, use the app for unlawful purposes, or violate the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

ASM, including its design, artwork, text, characters, audio, code, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the updated Terms at this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
