This Privacy Policy explains how Another Stupid Monday ("ASM", "the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app.

ASM is designed to work without requiring you to create an account. We do not operate an account system and we do not ask you to submit personal information to use the core app.

The app may store app content and progress locally on your device, such as tasks, completion status, preferences, coins, unlocks, streaks, and similar in-app state. This information is used to provide the app experience and is not sent to a server operated by us.

2. Purchases and App Store processing

If the app offers purchases, those transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may process information according to Apple's own privacy policy and App Store terms.

3. Diagnostics and analytics

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in ASM. Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store analytics, crash logs, or diagnostic information when users choose to share diagnostics with app developers through their device settings. This information is provided by Apple and is used only to improve stability and performance.

4. Support emails

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or app-related context. We use this information only to respond to your request and improve the app.

5. Local data and backups

Data stored locally by ASM may be included in your device backups depending on your iOS and iCloud settings. Backup handling is controlled by Apple and your device settings.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for advertising purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent.

7. Children's privacy

ASM is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through a support request, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Data deletion requests

Because ASM's core app data is stored locally on your device, you can usually delete it by deleting the app from your device. For support emails or other information you sent directly to us, you can request deletion by contacting us.
